Recent events have highlighted an undeniable truth: Technology has the unique ability to dramatically improve — or harm — society. Now more than ever, consideration of ethical, inclusive, and accessible design practices in every industry is critical. We believe that technology is better for everyone when it’s designed for, and with everyone, and that harnessing the power of difference is ultimately the way to unlock the full power of human potential. This film was created as a call to join the mission. During the 2021 Paralympic Salesforce Team USA sponsorship, we shared this vision, and invitation. We cast a wide net of beautiful humans – Salesforce employees, friends and partners – and assembled a diverse women-led film crew. (Female Director, DP, AC, AD, and Gaffer!) The production itself, executed during the resurgence of the Delta variant, provided us the opportunity to walk our talk, and practice our principles of inclusion, accessibility and equity.
